December Hearts 05 | Magnolia Advent Calendar day 25 - End of year 2020

 Hello everyone!

Today is the last day of the year 2020, 2020 has been an exceptionally testing year for us! At the beginning of the year, all of us had so much big plans {to travel, grow our businesses, spend time with loved ones, or graduate and take the first jobs} but soon we faced an unprecedented crisis.

Things may happen that force us to change our plans. But as long as we stay together and be strong, I am confident we will blaze a path forward.

Anyhow, now I want to share what I made for the last day of Magnolia Advent Calendar, you can check HERE for the video too.

On the bag #25 we got a unique dies inside, and when you have separated each piece, you will understand that it is a matchbox dies.

That was super cute yet small in size, but you can use it to send a short message to your loved one!

See, I put a "Love You" message inside my cutie match box :)

I just can't stop to adore this little peace!

I didn't cut some color paper but using washi tape to decorated the white card stock instead.

Let us meet 2021 with renewed confidence and hope.

I wish everyone a safe and happy new year!

December Hearts 04 | Magnolia Advent Calendar day 24 - It's Christmas eve!

 Hello everyone!

Today is Christmas eve...

Edna Ferber says,

"Christmas isn't a season. It's a feeling."

and I so agree with her.
Let's take a moment to realize the meaning of Christmas.

My turn on day 24 on Magnolia's YouTube - Advent calendar was making a Christmas card!

you can watch the video HERE

Bag 24 contains a super cute Tilda!
and I am playing along with some Magnolia Doohickey dies from Box 27

I am so in love with this giant ornament!

Until next post on December everyone, meanwhile... Have your self a Merry Little Christmas!

December Hearts 03 | Magnolia Advent Calendar day 23

Hi everyone!

It's me again and this is my happy sharing before The Advent calendar will have its end.
This post supposedly on yesterday, but I know I am a bit late this year to publish on time.

Anyhow, here is the day 23 of Magnolia's Advent calendar 2020

In bag number 23, we got a really cool sentiment stamp!
We need words when we make cards, don't we?

as this card is part of Magnolia's Advent calendar so you can watch the video HERE

I hope you're having a wonderful day so far. when the snow starts to fall and the days of the month of December countdown to Christmas the world is being busy with all the Christmassy things.

December Hearts 02 | Magnolia Advent Calendar day 22

Hi everyone!
It's that time again to provide another video on Magnolia's Advent Calendar on YouTube, and for the day 22 we got a gorgeous Edwin stamp.

First, I stamped Edwin and Tilda with masking stamp technique, then I paint a background behind the image and I imagine about a hill when the Summer still around,
I know I am not an expert so I still have a little afraid when I paint on my card, but I remind my self [again and again]; just being fun with all the idea and don't be afraid of making mistakes.

I also use a wording stamp that coming from previous day of this year calendar, and I love how fit the words are.

you can watch me painting HERE on Magnolia YouTube channel

Thank you so much for reading,
Wish you the most beautiful December too!

December Hearts 01 | Magnolia Advent Calendar day 21

Hi everyone!!

In December, I have so many reasons to love this month...
yes! I am a Sagittarius girl that born on December :)
and my youngest son has the same zodiac as me.
another reason is, I feel so peaceful in December with the weather and season.

Okay, I can't type more words but let me invite you to join my mini-series with Love theme in five days ahead, yeah a week before Christmas!
and without further ado, let's start with this day 01

can I say, Happy Birthday to me? LOL!!
just kidding!

A birthday.. for me is a day for looking inside in me...
what I have done and how to manage myself to be a better me. I might not be able to please everyone, and always fit in with many things, but I will always try to find beautiful harmony through everything
and do the best I can :)

Today, on the bag from day 21 of Magnolia Advent calendar we got a beautiful wording stamp and after I think about hours... I decided to use them together and combine it with some goodies from the bag of this year Advent calendar and all are DooHickey dies.

you can watch the video how I made this HERE

and these are some closer photos;

Wishing you all, The best day!

this is my last inspiration card with Winter scene featuring Ice Tilda from Aspen Holidays collection.
I am happy to wrap out this series with her :)

First, I stamped the image onto a piece of watercolor paper (I used Canson Illustration paper) then I colored her with the watercolor medium, as usual then I paint a winter scene for the background and splatter lots of white paint to mimic the snow.

Thinking about the Winter,
Fresh snow is so pretty!
although it will freeze us :D

To appreciate the beauty of a snowflake it is necessary to stand out in the cold.

Dashing through the snow, In a one-horse open sleigh
Through the fields, we go
Laughing all the way.
Bells on bob-tail ring, Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight.

Jingle bells, jing-jingle bells
Jingle all the way,
Oh what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh!

I have a card for today, featuring the new release from the Magnolia stamp company. They have two sets already coming this November, Hot of the press! and they are really cute!
I pick one of them for today along with a reindeer from White Christmas art stamp set 2020

She is a Tilda wearing a reindeer costume, isn't she lovely?
I colored her using Daniel Smith watercolor and then I gave her a winter scenery.

..and the last is about the sentiment, oh I love how those words went together with the ambiance so beautifully! The font so classy, nice loose and "snow" cute!!

I am hoping so much that this card will be bringing some Joy and warm cozy hello to all of you!

I started working on my card with stamped her on a piece of watercolor paper with Ranger Dye ink - Black tie. I stick on watercolor to color her. And then I gave her winter scenery when she was playing Snow Angel. I was inspired to capture her from above.

Shovel or... make Snow angel!
