February Page | and some news from Magnolia designer team

Hi everyone!

So happy to meet you again here on my blog, today I have something to share with you.
First, I would love to share my February pages, yeah it's been so long I haven't shared about my pages, not because I didn't write anything but recently my pages just content my notes due the busy of my real life.
the other one is .. we are Magnolia designer team will reopen TOMIC, The official Magnolia Inspiration challenge which is you shouldn't miss it!
But before our first challenge on 1st March, it would be good for you to get to know the Design Team a bit better, So head over to the blog for the next three days you'll get to know the whole team as each member will post a little bit about themselves on the blog!
There will be a nice place to play along, so stay tuned!

Okay, back to my post,
This is one of my February pages, and on these pages, I am featuring Two Tilda from the Fixer Upper Collection;  Tilda Wall Painting and Wallpaper Tilda

Wallpaper Tilda has the cutest pose although looked from behind!
I wrote the words using Zig brush pen [please bear with me as my handwriting not that good]
I just use some washi tape to decorate my pages.
all stamps are from Magnolia.

and I have some flower painting, not fancy at all but this is my start to remind my self that a lot of things I haven't try because I didn't believe my self.
I just an ordinary human that sometimes has a difficult time, but I won't give up!
and I will try to be a better one.
Painting and coloring is one of my ways to relax
and I just remember a good quote from Rachel Corrie, she says:
Follow your dreams, believe in yourself and don't give up.

I hope you find a way to get all your dreams, and Just believe!

That's all from for today, thanks for reading and see you on TOMIC!

For the month of LOVE

Hi everyone!
I hope you had an awesome experience in the first month of 2019. If you were struggling a little bit to get into a new routine, you're not the only one.
and how about the second month of this year .. the month of LOVE is another name for February, and today I wanna share with you a card that I made to participate in the celebration of love.

I am a Sagittarius person, and that's why I love to use this Sagittarius Tilda rather than use something called "Cupid" But yeah, that is a personal choice.

I design my card as simple as it because I really inspired with the simplicity of Love.

I die cut Pretty Pink Posh - Scallop Frames out of vanilla card stock, then I adhered it onto the focal panel.
I further embellished my card using Heart shape that cut from Magnolia DooHickey.
Finishing up with some white paint here and there.

I hope you're having a great day!

Lunar New Year inspiration card

Hi everyone!

Today is New Year on the Lunar calendar, and because I celebrate the Spring festival according to the Lunar New year, I just counted back from the Animal of the year collection from Magnolia that had this cute Tilda with Scarlet the pig, she is so fit for this eve.

This time is the year of the pig, and on the Chinese zodiac, I belong to the year of the pig, so this is my year :):)

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Chinese calendar. On the New Year's Eve, a day where Chinese families gather for their annual reunion dinner,
windows and doors will be decorated with red color, the color that we believe for the best luck :) so of course, I used red color to dressed up sweet Tilda!

Lunar New year also the celebration of Spring festival, so I decorate my card with flowers and not forget the lampions! Yes, we are so happy to light on some lampions on Lunar New Year!

I also love the fragrant smells of traditional cuisine along with the bold red and gold tone, so the word I use here (only one letter "Lu" - prosperity) was embossed with the rosegold embossing powder.
The bold red look so vibrant and beautifully blended with the gold shine.
I hope the picture can show the shine in a good way.

Gong Xi Fa Cai!
Wishing you happiness and prosperity.
